Last Day Of Our Immersion                  Our 10 days journey as a employee is not enough but it was worth it. I learn many things not only for preparation for my college life, but also on how to deal with different person or client. On my Last day, I feel sad because I will miss the craziness and laughter we shared on the person on our immersion venue. But I also feel happy and contented because even the time was not too long, at least I encounter and experience how to be a Geodetic Engineer. 

REFLECTION                 Being an employee is a big responsibility specially when you encounter a strict boss. You must deal with him or her properly. I was assigned at Sumalinog Surveying Services located at Poblacion Nabunturan, ComVal in front of Mang Inasal Building. In my first day of my immersion, I feel stressed because I don't know what is the attitude of my boss and secretary. I am very silent for I am scared to be scolded.

First Day of Immersion              At January 24, 2018 at exactly 8:15, our immersion at Sumalinog Surveying Firm started. The first day, the first thing we have done was understanding and hearing the orientation on our work everyday. The orientation was all about the tasks that we are going to cater on the 10 days immersion. After that orientation, Engr. Sumalinog give us a task. This task was all about plotting and locating the bearing. At first, we are shocked because it was new for us. But when Engr. give  us an example, we realize and understand that it was not hard. At afternoon on that day, we only wait for a client and chatting with the secretary of our Engr.                Being a worker is not easy. You must be time conscious, high-temper, lot of patience, and a hard working person for your work to be acknowledge. But someday, I want to be the boss on my own company and make it progress. So I will pursue my dream on becoming a successful Geodetic Engineer somed

End is Near                Pre-Immersion Orientation and Send Off Ceremony             In every journey we take, there is always a beginning and an ending. In the orientation proper, there are many things that I understand and realize on the immersion proper. How I like the best is when there is a speaker who said that attitude is the best weapon you can have on being a worker or helper on a certain job. If you want the job so much, then you must work out for you to be a good employee.                  In the Send Off ceremony, It shows the importance of the parents on the education of a student. Without them, we cant stand on the stage that we want to be someday. Parents is the best treasure you can have along your journey. So, whenever we must go, there presence will always on our heart. Simbalay Festival 2017                  Every year, there is a celebration on the Municipality of Nabunturan where they celebrate the festival named Simbalay Festival.You can see many attraction on the place where the festival was held. There are many foods on the way. Every night have a memorable day to be remember.                     I enjoy a lot on this festival for I experience and see what are the different crops and the thing that make that barangay famous. I walk on the center line and make my head go round and round. Watch here, Watch there. I also go to our booth. The booth of Magsaysay. I am so proud to say that there are many crops and handcrafts that you can see on our booth. Despite of all, I conclude that this Year have the best Simbalay Festival. And I hope it will be the start of something awesomeness on every year of Simbalay.
